PITTSTON – Benco Dental, the nation’s largest independent distributor of oral health technologies and supplies, has announced that it has finalized a definitive agreement to purchase the assets of Oregon-based ADI Mobile Health.
Chuck Cohen, Managing Director of Benco Dental, said the acquisition combines ADI’s proven skills in manufacturing uncompromising mobile clinics with Benco’s in-house advanced equipment planning and interior design capabilities to open the door to a complete reimagining of what is possible in mobile clinics.
In addition, ADI products will now also be available through the Benco sales team of over 400 associates across the United States.
